"Best Slayer master" doesn't have one correct answer, because it isn't really one question — it depends on your combat level, what tasks you can actually receive, and what you're willing to block. This is the honest breakdown of all eight masters, and where to find the live numbers rather than a snapshot from whenever this was written.
A master's average is exactly that — an average across every task they can assign, unweighted by how often each one actually comes up. The number that actually matters is what you do with the tasks you get: whether you recognise a bad one and burn a block slot on it, or grind through it anyway because you don't know it's below that master's own average.
That's a genuinely different tool from a static comparison table. A live Slayer planner can tell you, task by task, whether what you were just assigned is worth doing — not just what the master's average looks like on a page written months ago.

Type the task you were just assigned — get do it / fine / block it, not just a table
You get six block slots. Spent well, they remove the worst-paying tasks a master can assign, which raises your realistic average more than switching masters usually does. The six worst tasks differ by master — Duradel's block list and Nieve's block list aren't the same six — so a block list copied from a video made for a different master is only coincidentally correct for yours.
Krystilia's tasks pay well specifically because they carry real PvP risk — you're a visible, taskable target in the Wilderness while doing them. That's not a downside to hide, it's the actual reason the reward is higher than the equivalent safe task elsewhere. Only worth it if you're geared and comfortable losing what you're carrying.
